Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation

• Domestic Shipping within Bangladesh

Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after processing

• International Shipping

Delivery may take 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and order size

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Refund applies if payment is completed but product is out of stock

• Replacement unavailable হলে refund request করা যাবে

• Refund request must be made within 3 days

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Damaged or defective item হলে দ্রুত report করতে হবে

• Returned item received হলে নতুন item পাঠানো হবে

• Higher price হলে extra payment লাগবে

• Lower price হলে difference refund করা হবে

Order cancel হতে পারে যদি:
